Lifetime Structural Warranty
Should a defect in the fiberglass laminate result in a loss of water through the shell body, Emerald Spa Corporation will, at its option, repair the shell body or replace the shell body with an original model or a spa of similar size and shape.

Five Year Full Surface Warranty
Should there be a defect in the acrylic surface of the shell body, resulting in cracking of the of the acrylic surface within five (5) years from the date of the original purchase, Emerald Spa Corporation will at its option, repair the acrylic surface or replace the complete shell body with an original model or a spa of similar size and shape.

Component Warranty
Should there be a defect in the mechanical equipment, plumbing or power pack system resulting in failure of the equipment, plumbing or power pack to operate as described in the owner’s manual within three (3) years from the date of original purchase, Emerald Spa Corporation will, at its option, repair or replace the equipment, plumbing system or power pack.
